On the auspicious day of 6th December 1992 a sea of humanity of around half a million oppressed Hindus, sporting saffron colors with the ever burning desire to reclaim the historical identity swarmed across the city of Ayodhya leading to demolition of Babri Masjid on this eventful day.
The congregation of leaders i.e Murali Manohar Joshi, L.K Advani, Vijayraje Scindia, VHP leader Ashok Singhal, Uma Bharti, Rajnath Singh who had mobilized the crowd for this historical act to liberate the Hindus from the tyrannical symbol of oppression Babri Masjid was completely razed to ground.
The disputed structure mosque built by Babar over the sacred place of Hindus by destroying the temple in 1528 was liberated and what followed was 27 years of legal battle which was resolved by apex court when the the 2.77 acre piece of land in Ayodhya was allotted to the Hindus in November 2019.
The supreme court took cognizance of documentary evidence submitted by Archeological Survey of India report released in 2003 which stated that “Hindu structure” were found at the Ram Janmabhoomi site where the disputed structure Masjid was built. The court added that the disputed Babri Masjid foundation of the (16th century) was based on the walls of a large pre-existing structure that dates back to the twelfth century”. It also said the “recoveries were suggestive of a structure of Hindu religion origin”.
The landmark unanimous verdict was largely welcomed by all the sections of the society and the countrymen presented an example of peace and harmony to the world after the Supreme Court verdict.
The revered birth place of Lord Ram presented underlying Hindu Muslim unity with many muslim organization pledged their support for construction of grand spiritual place of worship.
Ayodhya movement marked the awakening of Hindus from deep slumber and the liberated structure is day of Hindu Rennaissance in particular for the nation largest majority who newly found their roots which was buried by the craftiness of leftist curated Indian Secularism which appeased the minority at the cost of the majority.
The BJP Govt under Prime Minister Narendra Modi came to power promising to construct the temple in 2014. And the faith of Indian majority was reinforced with the party increasing its tally, voteshare in 2019. And this year in august Prime Minister Narendra Modi laid the foundation stone of 22 Kg Silver Brick for the Ram Janmabhoomi temple.
And The Monk from Gorakhpur & UP CM Mahant Yogi Adityanath is transforming the city into cultural hub. This year the city of Ayodhya retained the Guinness World Record for a second year by lighting 6,06,569 oil lamps (diyas).
Maryada Purushottam Sri Ram Airport at Ayodhya will be built in 600 acres in accordance to it international standards.The state government also is developing state of the art railway station to be modelled on the Ram temple and modern bus stand will roll out soon.
Also there is further all round development of the city with the modern sewage treatment plant was built to maintain the flow and cleanliness of the river. The pilgrim town will also have an international Ramlila Centre, a ‘Bhajan’ site, a Queen Heo Memorial Park, a Ram Katha Gallery, the expansion of Ram Katha Parkand the beautification of Ram ki Paidi.
The civic infrastructure of the city is getting facelift with a multi-level parking lot and the renovation of road and footpaths. The makeover of the city shows the state govt is gearing up to welcome the pilgrims once the Grand Temple of Lord Ram is constructed.
To overlook the construction of Shri Ram Temple, Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra has been set up by Government of India. As of today the work of shifting the carved stones from the workshop to the Mandir premises has started.
